Patriot Forge Quality Certifications

Patriot Forge is an AS9100 D / ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Our Management System complies with but is not limited to the requirements of ASME Section III NCA-3300, CSA N299.3 standards, and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU 7/2, Annex I, Paragraph 4.3. Patriot Forge also undergoes annual validation by various customers and organizations to these and numerous other international, industry and customer-specific requirements.

Tracking/Traceability

Bar Codes

Barcode scanning throughout every stage of manufacturing at Patriot Forge allows for up-to-the-minute status checking/reporting of every order in each manufacturing facility. Patriot Forge’s barcode tracking helps ensure excellent traceability.

Heat Treat

Automatic furnace charting and mapping of components on all heat treat loads and controlled furnaces ensure heat treat quality at Patriot Forge Once a thermal process is defined it can be locked in & replicated for every future order, ensuring consistency and quality for future orders.

Traceability

Traceability is strictly maintained throughout every stage of our manufacturing process, starting with the mill right through to the finished product.

Testing

Non-Destructive

We offer a variety of non-destructive test methods within our facilities including Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant, Boroscopic Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and Positive Material Identification (PMI) Testing.

Our Non Destructive Examination Team is made up of both level II and III Technicians in various disciplines. Patriot Forge follows the guidelines of ASNT’s SNT-TC-1A and NAS410 in certifying its Technician. Technicians are also independently certified to CGSB 48.9712.

Destructive

Patriot Forge offers a full range of destructive testing through independent ISO 17025 accredited and/or NADCAP-approved laboratories.
