Non-Destructive Testing
Patriot maintains complete in-house non-destructive testing facilities allowing us to perform Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant & Magnetic Particle Inspection. Our team of NDE technicians are well experienced and fully qualified according to ASNT-TC-1A (Level I, II & III) and the Canadian General Standards Board (Level I, II & III).



CMM Inspection
Patriot offers in-house dimensional inspection to .000098" accuracy. Our custom Calypso software also allows for extremely accurate curve measurement of turbine discs.


Destructive Testing
Patriot offers a full range of destructive testing including Charpy Impacts, F.A.T.T., Tensile, Hot Tensile, Stress Rupture, Macrostructure, Product Analysis & Metallurgical Evaluation. Test results are confirmed immediately through a direct live computer link to our independent testing laboratory.

 

Bar Code Tracking
Continuous barcode scanning of shop travelers through every stage of manufacture allows for up-to-the-minute status of every order in each manufacturing facility. Our sophisticated computer system also allows us to provide our customers with extremely accurate cost and delivery estimates by tracking and controlling every aspect of Patriot’s operations including raw materials, estimating, application of manufacturing specifications, order processing, equipment backlogs and quality assurance.
